Tanzanian songbird Vanessa Mdee has celebrated her fiancé, singer and actor Rotimi as he turns a year older.
The couple is currently on a semi-vacation away from home and has shared lovely videos and photos of their birthday getaway.
Mdee shared a lovely message on her Instagram to celebrate her man, calling him all kinds of sweet names, including her baby daddy, which she appeared delighted with.
“Happy birthday to my best friend, my life partner, my baby daddy (Oooh I can actually say that), you make it ALLL make sense,” she wrote.
The mother of one added that spending her life with the singer is the greatest gift of all and prayed for God’s blessings upon his life.
“Lifing with you is the greatest gift of all. GOD BLESS YOU. Happy birthday baby. Welcome to your JESUS year (sic),” she added.
The photos shared by Mdee included one of them at the Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in the US, as they enjoyed some wine in the lovely sunset.
The clips on Instagram also showed their beautiful hotel room and the couple at a nice dinner where Mdee urged Rotimi to blow a candle and make a wish.

Mdee’s sister visits her
After being apart for two years, TUKO.co.ke recently reported that Mdee and sister Mimi Mars finally laid eyes on each other.
Mars decided to pay her beloved sister a visit in Atlanta, Georgia, and also for a chance to see her nephew, Seven, for the first time.
Mdee went on her Instagram Stories sharing a short clip of Mimi sitting next to her.
In her caption, Mdee shared how delighted she was to have her sibling by her side after two years apart.
“Look who’s here. @mimi_mvrs11 its been almost two years,” Mdee wrote.
Mimi also went on her Instagram Stories sharing a short clip of her holding her nephew and captioned it: “Auntie life.”
