A man is being held in nyeri after defiling his 10 year old daughter.
The man who was caught in the act by member of the public swallowed a condom in a bid to hide evidence that can make him be jailed in a court of law.
The man was arrested by police and is currently in custody awaiting arraignment on Monday.
